Frequently asked questions
Once you enroll with DentaQuest, you may choose your Main Dentist and if you don't choose you'll be given the name and phone number of a dentist near your home. This will be your Main Dentist responsible for your dental care.
If you have specific questions on your child’s dental care, contact your main dentist.

You will need the Member’s date of birth, the Member ID number on the card, and an email address to log in.
